Reblogging this again because it’s so fucking good this is fucking amazing i’ll never not reblog It is the civic duty of a female to reblog this, regardless of blog style. the thing is, I stopped reading these things years ago and I do okay. I don’t feel like I have a great body or excellent wardrobe, but I do feel like I love my body very much and my wardobe gets the job done. But as soon as AS SOON AS I sit down and read one these magazines it all drains out of me like a broken glass which I need to fill up again and the sense I can only fill it with myself as a beautiful picture. I stay away from these magazines because they see women as pictures which are, or are not yet, beautiful. Staring at yourself in the mirror thinking about what to change is a waste of time and WE HAVE BETTER SHIT TO BE DOING.

I’m not usually very tight in my art, I enjoy the simplicity of bold strokes and flat colors, but I’m very envious of people who can create precise, infinitely detailed art. So for my challenge, I decided to try my hand at monoclecircus’s character Bailey.
