They could make the Doctor a woman, I’m gonna watch the shit out of it regardless.  But this is kind of dope on a couple levels

I absolutely love Chiwetel Ejiofor so this would work for me. But he’s not so identified with a particular role—to me—that it would be distracting. I love Russell Tovey but I would just see George every time he turned up.  I don’t mind the idea of someone who is known but not a real “star”…(which takes Idris Elba out of the running, in my books, despite my deep and abiding lustlove for him)
